Jessica Yaniv Saga in Foreclosure has refused access and Alta West have applied to court for Force Entry. Alta West will be back before the judge February 26, 2026 to get permission, from court, to force access to the condo.

February 2, 2026: Jon said no to realtor access. Jon claims he is going pay out Alta West with the sale of his mommy’s condo (which is still unlisted for sale as of this post) and then Mad Miriam got involved and took over the phone call and said NO CALL HERE. Hung up on the Realtor. Then in classic Miriam character, phoned the realtor back minutes later saying the Realtor was a Nazi after her soul or some mental shit like that MM are sure.
All future correspondence and attempts to reach Jon have been ignored.
Alta West is going full mobster, and asking the courts to force entry access, and to give Alta West the right to “CHANGE THE LOCKS” and retain a BAILIFF to assist if necessary.
